Make it easier for user to know the post type and category in home page

We should show the post type (request, suggestion, appreceation), name of category, and name of status. Just one icon and color is not intuitive for users. See attached screenshot.

Chat must automatically identify the Resident user and link chat to that contact in Hubspot

The hubspot chat must not ask user for their email, as we don't even have our resdident users emails - instead, the chat must automatiacally be assigned to proper contact in hubspot automatically detected. See attached image for details.

Showing 'EO' or any other title next to EO's name direct from Hubspot is not acceptable

Showing 'EO' is not acceptable, as it's not entered as a standard field in hubspot, and is not going to show in proper language. Should be preset list of options of what the title can be, as keys, translated. See attached images for examples.

Auto-caps the first letter of the first word of a post

When writing the text of a post, the first letter of the first word must automatically be set to caps. the current smallcaps behavior is not standard for a user to have to use shift to start their post. See attached image for details.

0% values in dashboard must be red, not grey. Values can only be red, yellow or green.

All items that are at 0 or 0% must be red outline, like the top item, at 1%, as 0% is just as 'red' as 1% or any other value below yellow, or green threshold. See attached image.
