Maps / Neighbours - Switch at about 40 times per second (super fast, flutter)

On map, when looking at neighbours, I see them switching at about 40 times per second, see attached image.

Comments shows inconsistent comment count

1. Initial. no comment count 2.looking at comments show a comment. 3. Back to feed the comment number is updated. 4.refreshing the feed bring back the comment count to 0 We need to listen not fetch
