It is far too soon to answer this question as we have not had the opportunity to demo / train the new system with the internal users. This is a critical step in change management which has not been done. We were asked to provide internal client users with access, but have not until now had the possiblity to communicate with any of them. We now need to undertake a workshop / demo / training session with them where we will start by reviewing how the critical components are used in the Operasoft system, then show/demo how these same procedures are expected to be handled by users in the new system.
Training occurred February 28 and more tests will be done in the next week.
