Dev and Staging changes SHOULD NOT update Prod Hubspot

What I was trying to do:

Dev and Staging Firebase changes update Prod Hubspot

What I expected to happen:

No change in Hubspot for non prod data (no webhook should be triggered for non prod data)

What actually happened:
