Airside/Citycare Vehicle : Not able to update vehicle information despite have permission

What I was trying to do:

Staging Airside/Citycare Vehicle : Not able to update vehicle information despite have permission

What I expected to happen:

Having my picture or any changes I do updated

What actually happened:

Nothing is updating, the Done button is not activated when I do any changes (or add a picture)

SAME PROBLEM WHEN TRYING TO ADD A VEHICLE ( I CANNOT ADD)

ALSO : DOES NOT SEEMS POSSIBLE TO DELETE A VEHICLE FROM THE LIST
