Small screen : Routing problems

What I was trying to do:

Look at the right menu on web from small screen

What I expected to happen:

Living the same experience than bigger screen

What actually happened:

On smaller screen (tablet also probably), multiple routing problems appear on the right menu:

1. Back bottom on screens (My Governments, My Ministries, My Agencies, My Neighbours)

2. Support need to be removed on other pages (Ideas, chat with us).

3. About us : need to remove the "<"

4. post card opening full screen (for EO, for Ministry, for Agency). Need to open on the right menu
