Address NOT saved during logging process

What I was trying to do:

entered my address while logged in as a new user

What I expected to happen:

having my elected officials populated and my address saved.

What actually happened:

My address is not saved during the on-boarding process, so no EO are assigned to me and I need to provide another time my address (after registration) to finally get them.
