secure link does not follow to the account creation

What I was trying to do:

secure link does not follow to the account creation

What I expected to happen:

to not enter my email address since I click on the link.

What actually happened:

i do not see my names or email so I cannot claim my account

I was able to claim one EO. I then deleted my account (444-444-4444) and then I send another invite to another EO. As the EO, I click on the link and when I used this number, I was not able to claim the EO seat.
