Socials color not right (blue vs grey) in Web phone

What I was trying to do:

Look at available socials from a particular Eo or government

What I expected to happen:

see blue when available and grey, when not available

What actually happened:

i see the circle in blue and the circle in grey (which are good and clickable) but the inside is not accurate. See screen shot.
