Cannot select last item in other province

What I was trying to do:

Starting a post from the home feed.

What I expected to happen:

being able to select Nunavut (last item)

What actually happened:

cannot select last item (Nunavut)

NOTE : if I start a post (action button) from anywhere else in the app, I can scroll down and select the last item but if I start from the home page, it is not possible to select Nunavut.
