Regression : Web routing problem for menu

What I was trying to do:

What I expected to happen:

I expect to see only one menu (a the left)

What actually happened:

I see the menu twice

Note : Regression. This used to work correctly in past build.

This happens for : My government, My elected officials, my agencies, my ministries, my neighbours and my profile.
