logging with an address outside of Canada

What I was trying to do:

logging with an address outside of Canada

What I expected to happen:

a message telling me that this product is not available outside of Canada if I select an address outside of Canada (so no request to Backend, but a validation first).

What actually happened:

if I select an address outside of Canada, it turns in circle for ever.
