I would say the must:

1. Bug #1 (Missing drag to refresh on the web): Can you do something here ?

2. bug 21: See agency menu on web (unrelated to EO)

3. bug 12 : Web : About us returned to menu (unrelated to EO) : routing problem here.

4. Bug 13 : Status needs to change to "responded". Not sure if this is you or Abdo

5. bug 6 : Explanation page text. This is probably Usama, and it should be there.

Other comments (lower importance or already working on)

1. Bug 18-19 : titles and background on other user chat page. Not a big urgency here. If too long, let's descope

2. I think the 9,10,11 are already in progress from your and Usama side.

3. Bug 3 : I am not sure I can reproduce...(might be an incognito problem). I would say ignore...

4. One thing I discover however is if the EO is clicking on home or other screen before logging in, he is loosing the URL link....I do not think we want that.

The rest is more cosmetic...let's see or descope.
