Wrong Avatar display in home feed

What I was trying to do:

home page: see post I just did

What I expected to happen:

see the avatar related to the government in which the post was made ( a different government than mine)

What actually happened:

I see the avatar of my province instead of the avatar of the other government (Ontario in that case)
