App only : post to only me: Tag a gouvernement & ministry

What I was trying to do:

post to only me: Tag a gouvernement & ministry

What I expected to happen:

not being able to tag them

What actually happened:

I can tag them. Not sure if we should remove the government, but at least the ministry should be remove because my minister is tag with my post only to me... I made a test with the ministry of Finance and even if I was not able to see Eric Girard in the EO, he was tag and an invite was sent to Hubspot...not good. OR, we make sure to remove the minister to not tag anyone....OR we simply remove this option (ONLY ME).
