What I was trying to do:

What I expected to happen:

to see some texts and a keyboard

What actually happened:

grey screen

Note1 : works well for Question and Suggestion

Note2 : No idea what is the Information button at the bottom right. If I click : nothing happens.

Note3: If my permission to share pictures or take a picture are off, no message to ask my to turn on.
