chat with an EO

What I was trying to do:

chat with an EO (prod and Staging)

What I expected to happen:

be able to chat

What actually happened:

i can chat (which is new) but the message is not stored and nothing is shown in the list of chat. so I do not think the EO receive my chat. see two picture after I sent and after I can back to us profile. Might be same bug as RES-2379-12
