Allow Resident user to link their Proof of Covid Vaccination in Ditigal ID

The idea would be the 1st which would be at the state/province level, not the city ...but which maybe one of the most critical needs for Residents around the world at this stage of the Covid pandemic.

A State/Province could use a Connector to link their digital health record system to Resident, allowing Residents who 'opt-in' and identify themselves via the existing digital authentification system, and receive & display their proof of Covid vaccination (1 and 2, which date, location, and which type).

This would allow Resident users to use the app to show their proof of vaccination in a validated way, when it will start becoming essential to do so for things like travelling, going outside without mask, meeting others, visiting healthcare facilities, etc.

As a related feature, Municipal, State/Provincial and Federal Law enforcement agents could use the app on their phones to validate that the certificate is valid and duely issued by the proper authorities.

This could easily be used to instantly know that all is good or not as they check on gatherings, etc. It could also be used by residents to check each other's valid vaccination status locally, via bluetooth, and quickly see the count of local users with certified vaccines present, allowing to know if any don't have, for their own protection.
