Alphabetical order for É, Ê, È, Â, À, Ô, etc..

What I was trying to do:

validate alphabetical order in ministries

What I expected to happen:

See the right order

What actually happened:

I see ministries starting with « É » being at the bottom of the list instead of being considered « E ».

All letters starting with accents need to be considered like no accent when sorting.

No rush for this sprint....
