Unable to add pictures to report a bug / idea

What I was trying to do:

Report a bug from the app in staging, and add pictures in the bug

What I expected to happen:

Be able to attatch pictures in the User Interface when I attatch a picture

What actually happened:

When I try to attach a pic, I don't see it in the user interface, and when I submit the bug/idea, it doesn't get sent to the backend.
