Background Image & Info not displaying in chat

What I was trying to do:

Chat with a government and then chat with an elected official


What I expected to happen:

see background images, names, and and titles


What actually happened:

  1. I only see the avatar but the background image is set to default not there for Québec (yet I see it when looking at by government).

  2. I also do not see the names user names of governments

  3. I also do not see the usernames of elected officials

  4. I also don't see the titles of Elected Officials

  5. I also don't see titles of Ministers.
