Improve bottom menu so it looks like this image

As shown to @Ahmad Bilal sun may 28 2023 (and he agrees to do and says won't be hard), improve bottom menu to look like this (screenshot of Resident Legacy app written in iOS native)

1. There's a nice while circle with a thin grey outline around the blue action button, much more into the page, shows more appealing to click, floating appearance

2. The menu is higher top to bottom, all buttons are more prominent, looks more professional

It looks even more obvious live when scrolling in home page newsfeed. @Paul-André Savoie can demo on demand.
