Auto-generated ResidentUserID cannot be made up from the users's personal information

The reason we added a pseudonym in resident is so that users could have an anonymous experience if they want. It is not acceptable to auto-create the resident username from the users's real name. Don't auto-create one, and we'll allow user to create one in their profile setting if they want. See screenshot for what was created for me, it's literally my name, far from anonymous.
