Address not found in google

New construction or very far areas are sometimes not map correctly by Google so it is not possible to find the address. Google seems to have a functionality to estimate address and lat/long, but our app do not use this functionality at the moment...should we ? Or at least give the possibility to the customer to validate and make sure this is the right address if case we are not able to find it?
