Unable to entre OTP PIN due to Bitmoji keyboard

User trying to create account was prompted their bitmoji keyboard. This cannot happen, as this is an average user, and they were unable to create account. When tried to do same with whatsapp on same phone, they were prompted with a simple numeric keypad, with 0 possiblity of error. This has to be the same Ux for Resident user creation, on iOS and Android, or we will loose users. Whatsapp has billions of users, they are the model. See attached screenshots to see the bitmoji keyboard displayed in Resident, and the Numeric keybaord displayed in Whatsapp, on the same phone, for the same user.
