Drive and complete a route

What I was trying to do:

Drive and complete a route

What I expected to happen:

The route shown in red, should change to green once driven over.

What actually happened:

There is occasional stuttering and the street remains red despite being driven over. I was hoping for some clarity on if it's something on my end that I can fix or not. Thank you
