In Citycare, in prod, I wanted to change the status of a task from open to competed (or from in progress to completed)

What I was trying to do:

In Citycare, in prod, I wanted to change the status of a task from open to competed (or from in progress to completed)

What I expected to happen:

having the completed option like it is possible in the document Settings/defaultTaskStatusesTypes

What actually happened:

the option is not available. it is working well in staging however and the document Settings/defaultTaskStatusTypes is exactly the same in both environments
