(Android) Can't attach image when submitting a bug

Action: When I try to attach a file in the report a Problem page, it shows me 2 options: Camera & File. The camera leads to the error describe below.

Expectation: I should be able to take a picture and it attached directly in the Aha! Report a problem page

Reality: the camera open, but a pop error shows up : "Camera doesn't have permission to save to this location"
