add a photo/picture/video to - an idea (photo only) - a chat - a comment of a task

What I was trying to do:

add a photo/picture/video to

1) an idea (photo only)

2) a chat

3) a comment of a task

What I expected to happen:

being able to upload them

What actually happened:

If I click on submit, nothing happens. Also, the options of video, camera or photo lead to the same thing (upload a picture ) on the web for a chat or a comment of a task.
