My Elected Officials - Remove Search

What I was trying to do:

From the My Elected Officials page, I wanted to search for other elected officials than my own.

What I expected to happen:

To start tying name of elected officials, and start seeing a list of all elected officials that match that criteria

What actually happened:

The search indicated from an address look-up instead of looking up the elected officials.

Backend Dependency - Need to add 'Elected Officials' collection to be searched by Meliesearch.

For now, hide the search bar, comment it out, we'll re-implement it when we've properly groomed this feature.
