Bottom menu icons (2 of 4) not showing up properly

When using the app, on all pages, the bottom menu icons are missing. (Showing grey squares)

Allow a Resident user to see their State/Province & Federal Elected Officials

When looking at the elected officials listing in the Resident app, it would be nice to be able to have 3 tabs on top to be able to select elected officials between City, State/Province and Federal levels.

We must include the logo of Resident when sending any Resident link
